Almost forgot. Shopping. I didn't. Again cuz everything I suggested went into background noise. I'm sure if I press the point now she'd again say, "Oh? I'm sorry. I didn't hear you." Really? Because I mentioned I wanted to stop in that store every time we passed it. That was at least twice a day. Blah blah blah. You didn't want to stop in that store so you didn't want to hear me. Yes, i get it. I know the routine by heart.
And paying all of my bills on my "vacation" is *ahem* STILL not getting any points from me. I did not ask for it, I do not appreciate it in the slightest. You do it strictly for the control and not out of any 'affection'. Bitch. Fronting bitch.
How do people not like the woman who gave them birth? It's pretty easy actually.
That sounds like a great vacation with terrible there-and-back companionship. You thought about moving somewhere a looong ways from her?
Write down what you dislike, and concentrate on not doing that to other people. My mom says the tragedy of age is not that you become your parents, it's that you can't remember why they made you so mad.
I'm trying, but it is difficult. The foot-in-mouth thing seems mostly my own doing. ;) But I do need to work on shutting up and listening more. My motivation for not shutting up is different from mother's, but the end result is the same. I've a LOT of faults.
It's funny. Have you told your parents you are proud of them? We always hear about wanting parents approval but not so much other way 'round.
I think I've mentioned that to mom a couple of times, yeah. I hope so. And we have a spare room and a local market for your job skills. However, Lily doesn't get along well with cats.
