For those who remember my 2007 NaNo novel, which appeared with the working title The Argosiad, here is an excerpt chapter from this year's book. Lots more is happening. That chapter is from near the beginning. I usually write straight through from beginning to end, but this plotline just wasn't working that way so I'm doing pieces as they congeal. Rather than put them all up out of order, I'm dropping a couple of "teasers" for now. Once it's all there, I will put it on FurRag. (Not on FA, because long works are a failure there.)

Yeah, you really want the whole story in sequence, not scrambled the way I'm writing it. Thanks for checking it out, though.
