hahaha no I totally love it (particularly the cake shops) the jetlag made everything horrendously warped and terrible somehow - for two days I was feeling like I was in the wrong kind of reality. MUCH better now!
:) we've got all the usual touristy things planned... museums etc... also we're going to montreal for easter. anything you recommend we do? any fabric shops that are especially good???
*Hugs* The research says it takes a day to adjust for each hour of time difference, and that light and dark signals can shorten this. A few hours of being outside in daylight in the morning and dark glasses/being in a very dim room for the hours before bed, though I think you may need to move that depending on which way the time difference went and gradually get yourself to your new time. Without treatment I have a sleep disorder which is like permanent jet lag, so I'm sort of an expert on this! Anyway, I'm sure it'll pass soon, and you have a yummy holiday! Good food in garish restaurants sounds fun.
