Explanation:

Every Serbian turbo-folk songs usually has lyrics about grandiose love affair that has ended up badly. So, he is making fun of that by singing about how his wife has fallen in love with Ricky Martin. Has Ricky's posters all over the house. And he is advising Ricky not to try anything funny cause he would kick his ass. And the lyrics are soooooooooooo funny :).

The video ends that way cause if you look closely as the train is passing there's a short, few seconds crappy pic effect of Ricky and his wife in a train together. So, he and those two guys are hot on the trails of Mr. Martin :)
