Thank you, glad you liked this. Xabi seems like a 'proper' guy, who would do this sort of thing because it's right, despite his own feelings.

thanks for the comment :-)))

;-;

I'm all teary eyed. This is so good!!!!! Arbeloa's uncertainty and pain through this is so moving. I think what I find the most depressing is that now that he's going through the 'awakening' and finally able to 'feel', the only thing he feels is fear, uncertainty, and heartache. Oh! And the ending with Xabi ;-;

This was lovely, I really enjoyed it <3333

aah, thank you! tbh, the ending made me well up when i was writing it, but then after the tenth reread, it kinda lost the emotion, so i was no longer sure if Arbeloa's struggle to cope with his feelings is any kind of good.

glad you liked this, thanks for the comment :-)))

*sniffle* So heartbreaking. :( Poor Arbeloa. And poor Xabi, too.

This is a brilliant universe. I loved the technical bits and the information about the futuristic world in which the story takes place, how the replicants fit in, what their purpose is, and how they were first needed to help and then slowly gotten rid of. And the way Arbeloa develops, how he discovers his feelings and then tries to hide them... wonderful.

I've never seen Blade Runner, but I think I should watch it? If it's only half as good as this fic, then I'm sure I'll love it.

thank you! glad you liked this.

i love a bit of sci-fi and i really wish i could've read all those books i read in english, so i could make full use of the terminology.

most of the time when i was rereading this, it didn't feel very explicit, i'm glad it was just me though and what i wanted to depict came out right.

and i deffo recommend Blade Runner, i think the romantic aspect doesn't exist in the movie, but apart from that it's a classic of the genre.

thank you for the comment :-)))

Hmm, a Blade Runner-esque story? ASskkfgdfgkllhj
Honestly, I think this is one of the best things that you've written (that I have had the pleasure of reading, anyway). It's perfect. Just perfect.

"Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?" is one of my favorite books! (And of course I love "Blade Runner")

Basically, I love almost anything with robots wondering what it is to be human/what makes us human/self-awareness, etc.

i think it's an awesome topic to write about, i'm a fairly big Asimov fan and i've loved I Robot so much.

i need to read Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep now, kind of mandatory!
