take a mettal coat hanger, bend it around, and stick it in the cast. that's what i did when my leg was in fiberglass up to my knee

im afraid of poking the area with the stitches and opening the wounds again... aight so its been weeks since i was sewn back up.. but still... dont wanna create more problems. that is the *last* thing i need lately. more problems...

true true . . . was a bit different for me cause my stitches and pins were on the inside of my foot, rather than up the ankle . . . good luck!
