Everytime I go on Tumblr, it makes me want to watch Thor more and more. Why? Well the Norse gods have always been my favourite since I learnt about then when I was about 13. For me it's Greek > Norse > Roman but yes bb, YOU MUST WATCH THOR. I feel like one of the people who's making you want to watch it the most, haha. BUT YOU MUST. AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. MY LOVE AFFAIR WITH THIS FILM KNOWS NO BOUNDS.

When the movie came out, I was interested but (a) Its based on a comic (It is, isn't it?) and (b) I thought it was just about /Thor/, no Loki etc.
And then I saw your Tumblr everyday and realised I was wrong.

And I'm considering importing the DVD if I don't find out a NZ release date soon. (I'd torrent it and then buy it when it comes out, but the new law makes it too risky)

I completely blame you. I also blame you for making me kick myself for missing X-Men too. :P

It is based on a comic so be warned with that. When I saw it with my sister, she was a little confused because she knows the real Norse Myth and I know the comic and Loki from the comic, while he has remnants of the real myth, is not that same Loki. So just know that it's based on Marvel!Norse Myth. BUT IT'S STILL FAAAAAAAABULOUS.

And you really need to see X-Men too, okay.

I'll just have to remember to watch it with an open mind then (And maybe get my hands on the comics).

And yes, I know I need to see X-Men. I was too busy to see it when it came out. Both DVDs for X-Men and Thor come out in Oct. here so hopefully I can see them both soon.
