I am really sick.. My chest feels like it is being tied with rope and I woke up with a wonderful nosebleed.. My head feels like someone has it in a vice grip and my lower and center back feel like there is a knife in it. And i am nauseated to bad I can't throw up. grrrr. No fever though.

Ahhhhhh Virginia gotta love the up and down of the climate.

yeah we got the odd weather here too. its been freezing here for weeks and today its like 60 out.
