Get a move on it!

Today I decided that I want to do more than treadmill and biking for exercise and so I took a look at the free classes that they offer with my YMCA membership here in Burbank.

Let's have a looksee, shall we? )

I would definitely have to take the boxing. That is a good overall work out and also incredibly fun. The Core ball looks really intriguing too. I would have to check that out just out of curiosity.

Wow, what a variety! At least you won't be able to use the excuse that you're bored with a routine, since you've got tons of options.

Personally, I'm big fan of the various styles of yoga approach. Though if there's not a good, get-your-heart-rate up power yoga in there somewhere, you'd need to add some cardio. (Caliente! sounds pretty cool...)

I'm so impressed with your commitment to this. I'm one of those "can't exercise in front of people" types, so I own many many yoga DVDs. Check out Gaiam.com. They've got lots of supplies, plus they occasionally have big DVD or VHS sales.

Now that the family may be settling into an actual schedule, I might actually be able to restart my morning yoga. My good cholesterol came up while I was doing it, so I'm pretty committed to it. And we still haven't opened our latest copy of Dance Dance Revolution; perhaps hubby and I will restart that as well. (See, you're an inspiration! Isn't it fun?)
