Of course, there are a lot of internships around the museum available...

You know, I never took a single Museum Studies course. I did Art History but the real reason I can work in pretty much any museum was that my very first job out of high school was at the Smithsonian

Yeah well not all of us can be such a lucky bastard. Pray tell: how did you get such a job? I've already been rejected by the MET twice. It seems that everything on the New York where I have relatives to stay with starts in May or early June before UCLA lets out for the Summer and everything in LA won't take you if you're white because they are all funded by the wonderfully racist institution we have come to know and love as the Getty. All hail racism in reverse.
