Last week I had a phone interview with a software development firm out in Peawaukee. To me the interview seem to go great! The guy I was talking to seem to be pretty awesome, very easy to talk to so much so we chatted a bit after the interview was over, he seemed to like me a lot as well. He even had some off the record questions he threw my way
