The changes in tense were a bit distracting, but I utterly adore the concept and really enjoyed this!

orz Sorry, tenses always kill me. >.< I can't seem to fix it on my own stuff. And then I always have bad timing these days getting rougewinter to look at this. I went back and fixed it a little, though. seriously, what's been making me muck about with present tense lately, anyway?

I really love how he preens and seems so surprised whenever John compliments him, so in the end I couldn't stop myself from writing about why I think he's like that. :P Glad you liked it!
