Oh how I wish they'd put that on BBC-America so I could watch ;-)

So how are you otherwise? I know I owe you an email... or three or ten. Obviously we made it home (to the flooding) and then my parents came for a visit. They packed off home this past Thursday and I'm just now *starting* to catch up. But other than the fact that the summer is 2/3 gone and I don't know how that happened, I'm good LOL

Thanks for the info - I have made a HUGE note and intend to watch. Then I can go around boasting about knowing 'her off the telly'... Looking forward to hearing what word you eventually chose to describe your knackered state ;)

Not only will I be watching (despite your voice mail message LOL), Steve will be watching as well! He's taping it anyway but I let him know yours was the first programme. Theirs is programme 19 and it's on next Friday I think he said. I'll find out what the team was called and let you know. Steve was team captain, and Andy and Alan work in Pensions as well.

OK I watched and I have a couple of comments.

Even though Steve's team won their show, they didn't go forward or win the money, unfortunately. It was a Nineties music question and he just didn't know.

Andy Brooks said something quite scary to me today. He said he'll be making a note of my phone number for season two...

I did tell him I'd be 250 miles away, but I'm not entirely sure that's going to be far enough!
