That is Max. He is from the Mid west. So here is the story... In Nikko Monkeys run rampid. They steal from shops and everything. So in response some shops fire air guns at them. This cute girl has two, so Max started firing them off, and then we started playing around, and this happened.

He is a fun but crazy dude, I made mention to him as the super drunk dude at the Matsuri I danced in like, months ago.
