Also, tonight is the night i tell my mom I want to apply to NYU early decision. I've been thinking about it for a while and although Tufts is fantastic, I really think my gut is just telling me to go for NYU because I'd enjoy it much more. SO. Wish me luck.

Does it mean anything when colleges send you invitations to their alumni coffee & tea things and like, college seminars? I have a feeling it doesn't but it'd be really awesome if it actually meant they were thinking of you.
