Okay, I would love to live where there is that kind of fine. People would treat cyclists a LOT differently!

I really recommend commuting. I have found it, in the past, difficult to set aside time to just GO BIKING as a separate activity just to do for itself. I like biking to go somewhere or do something, and commuting is perfect for that.
