I have a date in two hours, so am I deciding what clothes I should wear or doing my makeup? Oh, no. I'm writing Star Trek crossover crackfic.

I KNOW NOTHING ABOUT DC. WHY AM I DOING THIS? I BLAME LADY_SARAI.

I know very little about Batman myself, but this was cute.

My main reason for commenting however is your ICON! OMGICONLUV! Rascals is one of my favourite episodes of TNG ever (I, Borg being top) and I get all smooshy inside seeing Riker with ickle!Picard (who also played his nephew, incidentally, but still).

I CANNOT EVEN TELL YOU HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU AND THIS AND HOW MUCH I AM SQUEEING! This is soooooooo perfect, and definitely just what was called for today and NOW I WILL HAVE THIS IN MY HEAD WHEN I SEE STAR TREK TONIGHT OMG! YAY! This is my new canon, because heeeeee OH THE CRACK.

SO. MUCH. LOVE. OMG. Kirk and Spock's reactions are pretty perfect, too! EEEEEEEEEEEE!

Okay, I am so glad you liked it. I was so worried, you don't even know. I'm all, "Man, that's presumptuous of me to be all, 'Robin! Batman! Graysons! Continuity issues!' when I know nothing. And probably the idea is very stupid." But then you did like it and you commented and told me so! So hurrah for me!

I'm really glad you liked their reactions--Spock is freaking hard to write! Jim came pretty easy and yay that it worked for you!

And I like that icon! It is so apt when in the stages of utmost glee. I sometimes feel I do actually turn into a green flailing puppet when I'm that happy. ;)

Very fun! Yay for crack cross-overs. ^.^ You know, I'm a huge Bat-family fan, and it never even occurred to me to go "Amanda Grayson->Grayson->Dick!". The reactions were all perfect. The idea of someone trying to use comics as a historical document, with all their continuity issues, is also brilliantly painful. Very nice!

Thank you! I'm so glad it worked for someone who has more familiarity with the Bat-family than I do.

Yeah, the idea of comics as historical documents came from Galaxy Quest, because I love that movie like burning, and it would be so funny if someone tried to do that. And if Spock somehow got a hold of the 60s TV series...
