Hello!

Just dropping in to say hello, really! I *had* to come on the interweb to send off a draft of a fest piece and so I skimmed my flist, and I pretty much am just saying I can't wait to catch up on hd_career_fair and hd_fanart and check out bottomdraco's fest, from which I have only read one piece (and it was awesome - recs in a few days) and the millions of posts on my flist ( Read more... )

I think it's brilliant you're trying something new, and for fandom that's saying a lot! I love me some flangst too, but once in a while there has to be stabs at something more serious. It makes our otp a little more realistic, tangible don't you think?

I am really excited about writing it - for exactly that reason - tangible is a really good way of describing it - I just feel like I'm running out of time! But then, I think I could work for an unlimited amount of time on it and still not feel like it was ready to submit, so I shall just have to be brave!

I was! And it was lovely. Watermelon and Pomegranate season too, which is awesome, because they are my favourite fruits! Zero sightings of Bill though. Dammit!
