Ooooh. I really like it. The idea that he was actually following behind them in that scene, seething with jealousy (the line Seeing Lovegood with Potter tore at him as if someone had thrown his own spell at his stomach. is just lovely, in a rather horrible way), and then was made to face them and cover his envy, eeep, the angst!

I'll reply to your other comment here, as it ties in: EXACTLY! My hopes soared after the party, with Harry admitting Luna was pretty, not to mention his inviting her in the first place! And Luna's just so much more interesting than Ginny! It's not that I particularly dislike Ginny - I feel neutral about her - I just think their sudden, mad passion for each other was pretty much unfounded. I can see them more easily as just close friends. Am glad Harry's happy though :)

hehe Snape is full of angst, the poor dear. I just thought I'd give him a fresh reason to hate Harry xDD

Harry/Luna in my eyes, just seemed so right. She'd lost her mother so understood the loss of having that parental figure (even though she of course had her father). She was singled out for being strange, such as Harry was for being famous. Her attitude on it all was so fresh. She didn't go into capslock rage, and it was like she could be the person to level Harry out when he was upset. But instead his chest monster goes crazy over Ginny O_O I love Ginny, as her own character, but her and Harry is so cliche. She fancied him when she was younger, and he saved her life. It'd be nice if they'd been friends and gone their own way... Ugh I don't know. They just seemed too obvious x_x and Luna would've made an awesome read in the Epilogue :P

Haha, he truly is, the wee angst bucket ♥ Ahaha, how cruel you are XD Though I must confess to liking it, heeh.

Yes exactly! They have so many connecting points, and it was as if she could be the one to balance him. I think they have enough things in common to have a foundation, and then all their differences would balance them and keep things interesting. I did love Ginny at one point, but then she was sort of eclipsed by all my other loves o.o I'd still've been really upset if anything happened to her though. But yes, the cliché x.x In a way it was sweet to have Lily/James echoed, but that also made it so predictable and sort of unoriginal. And because there was the predictable Ron/Hermione (which I was very happy about, I love that pairing :), the added obviousness of Harry/Ginny just made it too much for me. Luna truly would've been fantastic in the epilogue :D! I was very annoyed when she didn't appear >/

Oh my! Makes me wonder if Snape and Luna had an illicit affair going on or only that he wanted one!
