This November marks my 4th year working at Earthlink. In that time, I've had 11 managers, 7 major Re-Orgs which equate to 7 different job assignments, 4 Desk moves, Yet I've only had 1 Job Title: Unix Systems Administrator.

After my mid-year review (With boss #12), I am finally getting a new job title: Sr. Unix Systems Administrator
