Below from coconut oil list. The vitamin links from Orthomolecular.org for treating mental problems are ones I have previously read. I need to memorize their recommendations for clients at work. I may re-print them here later, if my flaky WiFi does not crap out on me.
===================================
I have been taking Segiline for about a month now. I take 1/4 tab per day.
One my 70th birthday (this is the truth), I noticed that my left hand would shake as I drove down the highway. I could stop it when I relaxed it, but it was new and it worried me. When the group reported on Segiline, I ordered some with this in mind. After about a week, the condition went away. Now I know this does not prove a thing, but it is evidence that it seems to do something pretty powerful.
By the way, I cut it with a razor blade & dissolve it under my tongue... the stuff tastes terrible, but it seems to be worth it and at 1/4 tab/day, its pretty cheap given the possible benefits.

Jim

Very interesting, Jim.
I have never been very stable on my feet. As a kid, my knees got bashed up far far more than my friends' knees. Since my bad fall 2 years ago, I have been very unstable when I walk or bend over. Instability is improving slowly but not fast enough for me!
I can't afford any new supplements at the moment, but segeline is now on my wish list.
BTW, could you put the nasty tasting 1/4 tablets into empty gelcaps to zap the bad taste?

Hi Alobar:
You never know. It may have just been a coincidence that taking Segiline and the shaky hands went away at the same time.
One thing is that its pretty expensive first cost, but when you only take 1/4 tabs, it will last a long time. I am not exactly flush anymore myself,
Kind Regards,
Jim

I am wondering why no one has mentioned niacin which is legal to buy unlike selegiline (which is a prescribed med)

LAMININE is also an excellent natural anti depressant and does loads more in the body.

Maybe because unlike lamamine, a superfood, selegiline addresses that low dopamine is behind many diseases including depression? And selegiline is also legal to buy:
