I've taken cyano b-12 before because people have told me that B12 gives you energy, good for you, blah-blah. I've never had a positive effect. usually NOTHING happens. I switched to methyl B-12 and it's got a tiny negligible effect. The only supplement I can find that seems to produce what I want is liver sadly. :( I wish methyl B-12 worked for me but I am happy it works for you. At least cyanoB12 cause such negative side effects for me.
