Oh I've had several bits of mail about staff Christmas party locations. I refuse to deal with it as it always causes a big row where we go and when so have cunningly delegated the task of planning to a minion. (should I organise a Xmas party for my other job? Could be an interesting night!)

Shops and other businesses I understand getting started early (although not this early) but I can't believe the people at the end of your road, are you sure they are Xmas lights and not just non festive pretty lights?

Definitely Christmas fairy tree lights. What other lights are there? I shall try to take a pic tonight.

I do tend to dislike the Christmas party season. Mostly because my birthday is so close to it!

I might do my Xmas shopping even earlier this year, so by the time December rolls around it'll all be a surprise for me too.
