Definitely schedule time to work out during the week or else, you're going to feel terrible. But if you need another day to rest, than do it!

Will you have time to work out and then nap before rehearsal?

Rehearsal's at six... and now I've got chili to make for our cook out tomorrow... which, is no big deal... SO. I think... I think... That I WILL go home- but do a quick work out there, and just sort of take it easy till rehearsal, then come back and do some stuff and have a decent bedtime...

Or, something like that. Blah. How're YOU?

And Kamandy, it's gotten SO MUCH WORSE. Now I can't decide whether or not I should go to rehearsal. I mean, it's our FIRST RUN THROUGH... but I'm just not feelin' the best/feelin it. I've got work and dinner theater rehearsal the rest of the week... and BLAH.

A good chunk of my friends are in that dying-blehhhhhh phase. I obviously recommend 4 shots of 'bu, but mostly not overworking yourself. Maybe work out lite, followed by dinner and some good ole FF.
