this is so blatantly hot and unaccidentally cool.

i guess this is what happens when one impressive author mashes up another impressive authors work.

the result is one of the very best things i've read in a very long time.

i say it's outstanding even amoung your own work. it's very fresh.

there's an aspect to it that reminds me of why i was drawn into and fascinated by the vampire books (particularly interview with the vampire). that you told it from stokely's pov gave the humans a beauty and depth that really just sweeps me off my feet.

heightening the passion of being alive. wet and salty and full of heartbeat and desire and ultimately fatal. it's so great. great job.

can't wait for the next part, but i'll be sad when i am done reading.
