This was amazing. Your John had such a combination of many vital components, each adding to the complexity of his character: the Spiderman wannabe who can climb the inside of a pipe, no matter how injured he is; the Survivor-type who can withstand heat, lack of water, and gasing; the kinkster who transforms his bed into his fantasy VR; and, finally, the vulnerable man who - thanks to the truth drugs - cannot deny revealing everything to Rodney.

Then there was the rescue with the horrifying addition of the electrifying details.

Finally, the super-hot confession and climax.

Terrific, vivid storytelling!!!

This is really lovely. DDoS kept me from reading it when you first posted and I finally got both pages to load YAY.

That pipe was vivid and horrible and terrifying; reading along as he coped let me appreciate how brave he actually is.

You know ... I'd love a sequel. Because if I were Rodney I think I'd still have a little wee bit of anger to work through over those past four years.

This was a terrific story!!! A lot of tension and suspense with John's imprisonment, and a fascinating walk through his thought process. Made the confession to Rodney and their union very rich and emotional!!

Just wow... I love how John turned horrible things into something better (I kind of want to say safe) and the way you described his captivity in the pipe was really gripping, I could almost see it happen. Basically I really enjoyed reading this! \0/
