Ha ha xD I use different techniques for almost all of them, this one was actually a one off at the time >3; though I usually do that with the text. It creates a really nice effect ^^;

It's so pretty! And yes, it mostly works for rather darkish images, I find. Lighter ones messed it up ^^ Thanks! ^^; Glad you liked ~
