Called WINZ yesterday to try and arrange for an emergency benefit so I can pay my bills this week. I was already going through the process of applying for the regular unemployment benefit, so tried to get a message through to the person I was dealing with for that to see if he can help me get it. Had to go through their call centre as the paperwork
