Sick of being judged!

Okay, I'm sick of people judging me! At school 'm perfectly accepted, but everywhere else, even in my own freakin home, I'm being judged constantly.

So what, my hair is black, blue, and red? I like dying my hair whacky colors.

So what, I wear like...20 pounds of black eye liner? I like how it makes my eyes look.

So what, I have wear incredibly tight ( Read more... )

I completely understand what you are saying and can relate. People seem so ready to judge, I am not a book therefore I do not care to be read- my life story is mine to keep. I am not a product, thus I do not care to be labelled and placed upon a shelf in a perfect line. I shall not conform because I dress for me, no one else, and they don't like it then they avert their eyes. I have had people make the sign of the cross at me and ask me if I evoke the devil incarnate in my bedroom with black tallow candles- people are so ignorant, and they choose to classify to make themselves feel safer- people fear the unknown. What are we do?

THANK YOU. It's nice to hear that someone else understands.

People should do what they want and be what they want without being judged and without being labeled. The world would be a better place without all these mindless, pathetic people who do things only for other people to fit in and be judged.

They remind me of barbie dolls.

I used to bite the heads of barbie dolls off and flush them down the toilet.

But I guess it's human nature to rip each other to shreds for being a bit unique...

Do you get judged a lot?

Not so much now, I suppose people have grown somewhat used to me at school, outside of that I am still regarded as a "freak" by some. I used to either pull my dolls heads off, or cut all of their hair off- as you said it is human nature to pull one another part- If only we could keep ourselves together...

Personally...I think all those people who are happy and nice all the time are the freaks. They're robots, not people. It's unnatural.

We can keep ourselves together by being ourselves, and knowing that people who are different are the ones who are real.

Ah, so you get that too? It's understandable. I get that a lot. Today I wore a studded collar and a studded bracelet, and suddenly I'm a Punk or a Gothic. I even have a nickname ( ... )

THANK YOU. It does really suck to be judged and labeled. Seriously, save that degrading crap for soup cans.

I know what it's like to be the "emo girl." At my old school, I couldn't walk down the hall without someone yelling at me "hey, emo girl, gonna go kill yourself?" I wanted to run around and punch them. Well..I did once...but I got suspended so I guess it really wasn't worth the crap my mom put me through when she found out. Now it's better, but whenever I go somewhere outside of where I am now, people say that kind of stuff.

The problem is that if I tell people that I am going to go off and cut myself, even if I look like I'm being sarcastic, people would freak out because of my history of cutting and being suicidal.

And yeah, I've always been the person to find a random kid with no friends and start talking to them. That is...if they aren't freaked out by my appearance.

Yeah, but then you can choose out the real friends from the fakes. The first day of school, I went like a normal, regular plain girl. So, this girl named Mayra AKA "G.G" befriended me ( ... )
