A/N: the amount of readers has rapidly dropped with the past few chapters. i'm bummed out to be honest.
masterpost It was about 7pm when Alex heard the door being slammed closed on the first floor. He looked at the sleeping boy next to him, he smiled at the sight and decided to let him sleep. He tried to get out of the bed and dressed a quietly as he could, and went downstairs.
"Hello Mrs. Barkat!" Alex greeted politely.
"Oh, hello Alex, where's Jack?"
"He fell asleep for some reason. I don't think I was entertaining enough for him," he hoped that was a good enough response, he couldn't just say "Oh we just had sex and now he's sleeping."
"Oh, so you're off to home now?"
"Yeah. It was nice seeing you, bye." he said.
He put his shoes on and heard Jack's mom say goodbye and started walking towards his house.
He couldn't help the smile that crept onto his face when he thought back to what had happened. Jack was now officially his boyfriend. Alex felt like the luckiest guy in the world.
Jack slept like a baby that night, for 16 straight hours. He felt fresh and that was definitely the best sleep he's had in years. He usually couldn't sleep for more than 9 hours.
Jack felt like doing something different today. Sure, just watching movies or playing basketball, with or without Alex, was nice too, but he wanted to do something different today.
He got out of bed and went to take a shower. For the whole ten minutes he was thinking about what to do. Maybe he could try to make a pizza with Alex? Or maybe they could go into an amusement park? He hadn't been to one for years, he had already forgotten what it's like there.
He got out of the shower cabinet, dried himself off, put clothes on and started brushing his teeth, looking at the same old same old reflection that he saw in the mirror every day, and that's when it hit him.
It was three hours later when Jack was standing behind Alex's door, with a little plastic bag in his hand. He ringed the doorbell and after a little while, a sleepy looking Alex opened the door.
"Hey, what are you doing here?" Alex asked, his voice rough, as he had just woken up.
"I thought we could do something cool today, so I went to the store and bought some bleach." he explained, letting himself into the house.
"As in hair bleach? For what? You want to go blonde? No, please don't, that really wouldn't look good on you."
Jack chuckled and pecked a little kiss on Alex's mouth.
"Don't worry baby, I just thought it's time for a change, so I want to try out maybe some blonde streaks in my hair..."
"Oh, well, that would look cool I suppose.. Maybe we could do some for my hair too? It's been like this for ages."
"Sure, what ever," Jack let out a small chuckle once again ans dragged Alex to the bathroom
It was about an hour and a half later, when both of the boys stood in front of the mirror, with their newly bleached hair.
"You look like a skunk!" Alex said, after a long staring session.
"Well you... you... You look great!" Jack couldn't think of anything else to say about Alex's hair really. That boy could probably even pull off purple hair without a problem.
"Skunk hair," Alex now started laughing, and at that Jack crossed his arms and pouted.
"You were the one who did this to me you know..."
Alex tried to stop the wave of laughter that had hit him, cupped Jack's face and kissed him.
"I never said it looks bad you know," he said against Jack's lips, kissing him again.
Jack smiled into the kiss, wrapped his arms around Alex's waist and kissed him back.

A/N 2: sorry that this chapter was so short, and not that good, but i have no idea where exactly to go with the story because of the lack of response, like, i don't know if to finish it off asap or what. i'm glad that even like two people read this, but let's be honest, it's much easier and more pleasant to write when you actually get opinions from people...
