Can a prompt be claimed twice - one for fic and one for art? Or is a prompt only claimable once?

As long as the person prompting is willing to donate a second time, totally fine to have a prompt claimed more than once!

I've actually never done one of these before... do people request and fill both here and at help_japan? Or only one place?

The prompts and fills here are totally separate from help_japan. The auctions are separate as well. Donations for both can be combined, though check first with your bidders/writers. Glad to have you here!

I'd just communicate that to your writers, but we have no issue with that. I'm actually doing the same, because my work matches donations and I don't want to look like a crazy person (well, moreso than usual).

There are some prompters that specified art requests, but you're welcome to ask anyone. This is primarily a fic auction, but I know there are lots of people who'd say yes to fanart. SO ASK AWAY.

Is it possible to fill requests for banners instead of fic? Writing isn't really my forte, but creating banners for fics is. Is there a system for that?

If you could just do me a favor and clarify for me (and your prompters) what you mean by "an extra $5." Are you asking for $10 donated for your art, or do you just mean $5 for your art in addition to what they're donating for the fics themselves? Just want to avoid any confusion.
