Holy crap, this is wonderful. I only watched Bones sporadically last year, so I wasn't totally familiar with the context of this, but it was easy to pick up along the way, and the way you depict their relationship is just so movingly spot on. You can feel the depth of their connection so much here, how basic and necessary they are to each other, and I love how it ends with both of them moving forward the way they needed to, but in a way that technically moves them apart (but whatever, Booth will come around!); so lovely and moving.

This season of Bones was actually really, really strong. I think DB and ED have really hit their strides, acting-wise, and even though B&B didn't hook up, there was a lot of forward (well, lateral, I guess) movement in their relationship. It was probably my favorite season so far.

Plus, more Stephen Fry, which is always a plus! If I might ask, which eps did you tune in for, do you remember? And why did your interest wane?

I know I watched a couple of them! I made sure to watch the 100th (oh, angsty love!), and I saw a handful. One about aliens? The Christmas one with Zooey Deschanel? I probably watched more than that, but I never really made a point of watching it; occasionally I would hop over to Hulu if I had some spare time. I actually stopped watching pretty early into season four, because Hodgins and Angela's RANDOM BREAKUP OF DOOM really bummed me out.

Beautiful... beyond words... heart-breakingly and gorgeously realistic at the same time - I could practically visualise it all as I was reading it. The mood is captured so perfectly... I adore this :)

This was really quite awesome.

I don't know whether to cry and huggle Booth or kiss the top of Brennan's head screaming YES, you finally are seeing it.

This is sooooo well written. Actually this so perfectly captures THE FEELINGS of them that it makes me think I was right to not try writing them because you captured it so perfectly... (lol, I too am a sporadic writer, tho not of this quality at all lolz).

Theres so much I love about this piece. I love Jen. I am BB forever but yah, the description you wrote? Booth turns his eyes back to the photo. He sees a man in profile, holding a letter, with a look on his face like a starving child. He sees tension throughout the man’s shoulders in the way he curves around the paper like it’s something cherished, or sacred, or dangerous. Is why I like Jen (besides the fact that you wrote her well!!) He's been Love's Bitch for soooo long. So Im more than ok with him being happy with someone else for awhile before he and BB inevitably get together. So just Yay.

Second: NO YOU MUST WRITE BONES FIC DON'T GET DISCOURAGED! There is always room for more fic in the world, and the only way to get better is to keep plugging away at it. It's why I keep writing, keep trying to improve. Plus, SO MUCH FUN.

I'm glad you liked Jen. I know she's going to be an unpopular character (and probably not named Jen), but if I hate her I want it to be for valid reasons, and not just because she's with Booth.

Anyway. I'm glad you liked it. I don't usually write Bones (it's not one of my main fandoms, for some reason) but it's eating my heart so much right now, I can see myself really, really diving in. Thanks for reading and commenting!

Im sure she'll be unpopular but Im ok with that... We need a jealous!Brennan and a Strong!Booth for a bit.

I have mad faith. I know they'll get together, hopefully sooner rather than later. But Damn, I love seeing Booth happeh!

You really do write them both extremely well. Its mad eating my heart out too, lolz. Id only written one thing for here, lol... I mainly wrote for Brokeback back in the day. But I be lazeeeeee and I like reading/watching eps better.

So write more! k? *does cartwheels in anticipation*
