And the entry you put a link to on the 'mystery worshipper' website is really interesting. The 4 part harmony singing must have sounded heavenly! Obviously left a mark on the person who visited.

I would love to visit the Cook Islands just for the experience of the south pacific. They must have an interesting WW 2 history.

The Cook Islands WW2 history is an unknown to me - but you may find a little on this site which mentions the northernmost island, Penryhn(Tongareva) as having had a US airstrip on it at that time.
