So all my life I have been a suffer of GAD. So I thought I would make a mix based off my experience with dealing with Anxiety. And I have to say it's been very therapuetic.
is this mix designed to help and/or reflect the mood we get when having an anxiety attack or one to help us calm down? I ask cause my anxiety gets triggered by the weirdest stuff (cause anxiety ain't logical yay!), so I just want to know when to listen to it :)
