Last week, Doc put me on a nightly cocktail of 2 Aleve, 2 Vicodin, and 2 Temazepam (sleeping pills). Look who's still awake! Well, I did get a half hour of sleep before waking up. Not only that, but now I'm cranky because our DVR had some sort of glitch tonight, so it recorded American Idol, but not Dancing With the Stars or Big Brother. I know I

If they put the results show online, it's worth it to watch Dancing with the Stars just for the Alvin Ailey company performance.

I know it sounds odd, but I've discovered that if I take my sleeping pills on an empty stomach and take a hot bath, within thirty minutes I'm out and I stay out for most of the night.

Not sure if it would help, but it makes my pain go down a bit and the pills hit a little harder.
