My feelings towards the programme were very similar. I had to stop for a moment and appreciate the fact that we live in a country where a show presenting views like that can be broadcast on television. I certainly had to admire Dawkins for speaking out on such a contraversial issue - usually it seems like I'm so busy stepping around political correctness that nothing of value gets said at all. I was wary of bias at first, and of course everyone has their own preconceived ideas. I suppose his particular brand of atheism must have appealed to me, but Dawkins seemed reasonable for the most part and the programme was fascinating.
