Doctor Who is one of those funny shows where I missed the first few, and then don't like jumping on board not having the full back-story. I'm a continuity nut. Comes from all the comics I read. I admit though, I'm not convinced I'd like it. Not convinced I wouldn't, just not sure it appeals to me.
I'll catch up with it on DVD at some point though. I did consider mentioning all my recent DVD TV show purchases (the COMPLETE Bablyon 5 for example) or rentals (The Shield S5 and S6), but I was worried someone might call mental health officers in on me... ;+)
I know - it's a bit scary, now I've listed it out like that.
To be fair, a lot of it tends to be on in the background while I'm doing other things. A lot of these shows are 'popcorn' shows - they don't need complete attention to be enjoyed.

I'm currently on Dr Who, BSG (start of season 2), and, um, that's it.
