haha several times during the past couple of years i've called up my counselor and told him i couldn't come because there was stuff i just didnt wanna talk about but yeah in the end it just comes back to bite you in the butt...but yeah, it sucks to realise you're overreacting, and it sucks to over-react anyway. i've been really moody lately and little things are getting ot me again the way they used to get to me, and i dont think anything helps like therapy does because your therapist pushes you to examine why you're acting that way. no-one except a therapist can really help you in that kind of way, i think.

thanks for the words of relateidge. i dont feel so ;guilty anymore. i mean, guilty enough to know it was a bad move but... right, moving on. you're right, i have every intention of going back i just - buh, it's harder some days than others.
