That's . . . logical. It would explain your usage of magic and your possession of Magicite. I assume this means that you . . . possess several of the same properties as an Esper, then?

[Klarth gazes in amazement for several moments before recollecting himself.]

T-That's amazing, Terra. Incredible . . . I can't even begin to describe it. The sheer amount of mana you radiate . . . Simply incredible.

Really...? I suppose that makes sense, since Espers are so full of magical energy.

Should I? I'd say you look quite beautiful. Actually, you resemble some of the Summon Spirits from my memories -- Perhaps Lina. Or Undine . . . Uh. Not so much Gnome or Efreet.

Klarth, I... thank you so much! When I first transformed, I was so scared. I wasn't even in control then, I just ended up flying around until I collapsed. I've been trying not to let anyone else know, but the handful of people that have found out have all accepted me. I never would have expected... [She looks away, trying to hide the fact that her eyes are tearing up.]

[Is she crying? She's crying. Klarth does not deal well with crying women and frantically mind-flails for a few moments.]

Uh. Look, Terra, you're still the same person regardless of what you look like. You're kind, compassionate . . . I doubt you'd hurt a fly. And really, we've seen much stranger things here. I mean, maybe if you turned into a seven headed dragon I might be afraid but -- I'll stop talking now.
