Truly Ironic

So I leave to go to Washington DC (well actually Rockville Maryland) in about four hours.  Unfortunately when I should be sleeping I can't.   it doesn't have to do with anything specific other than me just normally not normally going to sleep till after two in the morning.

This does however cause my mind to wander.   This trip I'm taking is to visit

Am I senile, or when you flew to Chicago was one of the first times you flew as an adult? I remember how we used our awful flight vouchers to go see Craig and Peg (the happiest married couple I know!). I know it was a big deal.. maybe it was because there should have been snow!@#!@

I flew up to see Jason and his dad about 4 NYE's ago.. it was 56 degrees.. it was warmer than it was in San Francisco, which doesn't get snow.. of course the other years I had been.. there was like 3 feet.

After being in the mountains, I can deal without snow for a little.

Call me when you get back, Ihave some kind of big news.
