Fence!

We've been trying to get a back fence in the yard of our townhouse ever since we moved in two years ago. We started inquiries the first spring we moved in, but we became hopelessly snarled in red tape, when the woman we were dealing with from the condo board kept giving us forms to fill out and then losing the forms or giving us different forms to ( Read more... )

And at the rate things are going, the rest of your Ontario winter may well be shorter than the rest of our Maryland winter... 8-P

Yay for silver linings! And weird to think of having to wait for ground to thaw! I know it happens, but the thought of the ground itself being frozen is... well, weird to me. ;P At least you have local government that isn't driving the state into the ground...

Oh, you Californians :). Frozen ground in January is quite the norm here and not good for trying to make fence post holes :). Mind you, it's been a really light snow winter for us so far. We had 5 cm. of snow today and it's the most we've had in awhile. Astonishing to watch the coverage of the deluges down south and east of us- they've missed us completely! Man, would Vancouver ever like some of that snow just about now...
