hmm. i see that both ways. first, there is a yob culture problem, esp that slap head thing going around in the uk at the moment, and i feel threatened walking down the streets. BUT i don't feel any less threatened when the army is about! i don't trust the army, it has a thing about covering up things it does, raping its own women soldiers. not sure its that much better!
