There's not so much downloads actually and they're package with the lot so when you install it you get the downloads too. The things that don't package is recolors of maxis stuff. I've downloaded most of my maxis recolors from an-nas LJ.
The kitchen cabinets are from http://buggybooz.blogspot.com/ and so are the small table for the telly and some of the paintings. If you haven't heard of her before you should definitely check out her blog! She's one of the best!
Some of the things used, like the floor lamp in the bedroom and the stools in the kitchen are from holysimoly. That's a truly awesome site aswell so go check that out too!
When it comes to maxis match things and extractions and such i'd recommend you to go to an-nas LJ and go through her resources cause that's where I headed when I first started looking for that kind of things.
