A small WCIF - Those concrete benches and edge trim? Are they from the wallpaper? Oh, and I'm guessing that fence outside has a built-in trim? OH AND THOSE WINDOWS! Oh there is just so much from this lot that I love :D

The concrete benches are by sims2play Yes, the brown edge trim on the walls is from the wallpaper and the outside fence (on of my favorites) has an awesome built-in trim. The wallpaper comes with the game if I'm not mistaking and the fence is part of Holysimoly's 2nd donation set. The windows are to be found here @ tsr. I'm glad you like it! ^^
This looks quite like a school or a dorm, actually! I've always struggled to see this lot as a local swimming pool because its so big. If I remember correctly the original was huge, but empty :-/ awkward maxis decorating. Love the ferns in the middle of the pool. Gotta try that trick!
