Also, argh! I wish I could figure out how to e-mail that couple, so I can tell them that I admire them so much - that they bring tears to my eyes and that I'm awed at what they're doing. That I wish them the best of luck, and I'm sure their baby girl will be a happy little thing, ♥ I'm proud to know that there are people so comfortable in themselves, and so courageous in their love for each other and what they want that they're willing to push the boundaries of "normal."

I know: I really didn't even try to read the comments because I knew that more certainly that not it was going to be one of those moments when my faith in humanity was going to die. More than anything I felt SO DARN HAPPY that they were able to do this and that I'm sure they'll be very happy with their little girl.

Oh wow, that last link... I'm so close to crying right now. On one hand, because of the terrible discrimination they've faced (especially from the brother - that comment was fucking VICIOUS and CRUEL, just god, fucking people...). On the other hand, what they have and what they're doing is just so, so beautiful, and that in itself is worth some happy tears, too. I am so happy for that couple. I too wish there was a way for me to tell them how amazing I think they are. ♥
