Eh, see, I'm kinda biased cuz I don't like Seimei... but he wasn't mean in this fic, so he didn't bug me in this fic. I liked the descriptions, nicely sensual ^_^

And here I thought I was done with Loveless -.- Oh Seimei, you're still so sweet and innocent while being perfectly evil underneath. I loved it a lot, esp. since I don't follow the manga anymore =)

Loveless is my manga-love at the moment and it's probably going to be for a while. But yes, Seimei manages a special level of evil that mixes with sweet just perfectly.
