geek meter up! the new harry potter book will be available in less than 8hrs. i am going to try to convince john to go with me to the barnes & noble at midnight to get the book and of course begin reading it :) i also have one report i need to get through this weekend for work, but that's beans compared to the need to read. i should prolly make

i just worked from 8am - 4pm and dealt with all the crazy fans who lined up last night. for me it's deja vu of when i waited 36 hours in line for the PJ irving plaza show. haha.

anyway i'll be back there tonight to pick up my reserved copy at midnight b/c my friend wants to go and check out all the events and contests they're having. i think it will be fun...and amusing.

I've been tracking it on UPS all day... It's been in Rochester since yesterday, the last update was 11 AM, and that was "in transit to final destination." I do believe I shall stake out my PO box at 10 AM tomorrow.
