More embroidery pics

Yesterday I finished the hand part of one mitten. It involved lots of goldwork and a bit of satin stitch on red velvet (over padding). Below are some pics. By the way - embroidery on velvet is a massive pain in the butt. Even if it is a beautiful german cotton velvet.
