When I use my "Feisty: Harley/Ivy Animated" icon, today it is showing up as a man with an eyepatch and the comment "that's the man I'll be" on it. I have NO IDEA where it came from!! I have used the "Harley/Ivy" icon just now, so you can see. Can you see the man? Or do you see Harley Quinn snapping a towel at Poison Ivy

I see the man. His name is Saul Tigh. He's from the new Battlestar Galactica TV series. (I also see him on a few other entries, and on your userpic page.) I saw him a few days ago on your journal, too. I thought it just meant that you were a BSG fan. Was a little surprised, TBH.

Anyway... sounds like a mix-up on LJ's server. Could even have been caused by the recent move to a new server. Wrong file got put in the wrong place.

Easiest thing to do is probably to delete that userpic and reupload it. Though that would mess with the previous entries where you used it.

Or you can wait. According to the LJ support page, you're not alone, and they are aware of the problem:
