OK: Here's how it works. I am sending one book (on the back of the letter I received is an address to whom I should send it to).

I send 6 letters out. My letter came from Amanda, so her address is on the back of the letters I am sending. In theory Amanda will get 6 books from MY FRIENDS. Right?

But... Amanda sent 6 letters out. And each of those 6 people give her address to 6 people who will send books. You see? 6x6=36!

Does that make sense?? :)

So.... I'm going to send 6 letters out. And each of those letters will have 6 of MY address labels with them. 6 people send 6 letters out, 36 people get my address and send me a book!

Th3e people in the chain one step away from you are the ones sending YOU a book, you get it? I need to draw a diagram!!!
